Welcome to my website, Here we mainly talk about original musical material influenced by progressive metal and symphonic metal. We emphasize on musical creation and original compositions combining emotions and technique. We discuss and denounce Quebec's musical industry which doesn't encourage and doesn't want to recognize the potential of all kinds of metal (heavy metal, death metal, black metal, gothic metal, symphonic metal, progressive metal and speed metal). Someday, we will have to recognized that the majority of our new artists have little real potential and that they are a copy of other artists from here or from France. Without taking to account that the phenomena of reality television will inevitably saturate the market because the industry seeks only one style (pop) or only one commercial formula. The industry is not looking for originality anymore, but it rather seeks profits on a formula which is already working with other artists. Also, we should not forget the problem of media convergence which creates monsterous publicity on products that would normally have an average level of sales. Without counting on the fact that radio stations must play 65% of francophone products, which doesn't provide any musical diversity, radio stations end up sounding alike each other. A simple example, try to make a radio station that will only play classic rock, it's impossible. You can now see how hermetically closed is the music industry here and that you cannot see what is done elsewhere in the world or simply elsewhere in Cananda.
