you and your friend(amy?) are testing out a theory on beauty. conventional wisdom on beauty is that it is measured in symmetry. the more symmetrical, the higher perception of beauty. by splitting your faces in half with your fingers, you are making it obvious for the casual observer to appreciate beauty...no uncertainty here! :)
