District band festival was held on Friday, March 5 in Engandine. We had a great time, goning over and comming back as well as festival itself. After the inital confusion of which room we were suposed to be in we were finaly put into the elementary gym with the Junior High, opps, I mean Middle School. The three songs we played were Proud Spirit, Armida, and Centuria. Here are the results:

On March 27, 1999, 11 students went to State Solo & Ensemble Festival. This is the first time in a couple of years that more then one group has attended. This year it was held at the Pickford schools. Expectations were high going in this year. Here are the results:
