Euphoboy's Biography

Hello everyone, my name is Pat Clark and I'm a euphaholic. Now that we've been properly introduced let me tell you a little about myself: Currently I'm majoring in Euphonium at West Virginia University and I'm studying with Dr. Keith Jackson. For all of you aspiring Euphers out there I'd recomend you to at least come here and check out the program, I think very highly of it and am improving so much! Although I am a lowly freshman, I have enjoyed playing with some of the finest ensembles out there for people my age. During the 1998 and 1999 concert seasons I had performed with the Honor Band of America, the John Phillip Sousa National High School Honors Band, Band #1 and Jazz Band #1 at the Bands of America Summer Symposium, the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association's
District one Honors Band, Honors Jazz Band
District Band, Distric Chorus, Regional All State Band, and the P.M.E.A. All-State Band.
I am currently a member of the W.V.U. Wind Symphony under the baton of Don Wilcox. I am a 1999 graduate of Trinity High School in Washington, Pa. which is just south of Pittsburgh. At Trinity I was a member of the Marching Band, Jazz Ensemble, Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band #1, Symphonic Band #2, Brass Sextet, and Vocal Ensemble.
In closing I would like to thank Mr. Galvin, my highschool Band Director, for inspiring me and teaching me to have faith in myslef.
