Some SW Fic I Like

Day and Night--by Cindy Olsen

Cindy Olsen writes lovely, dark, lyrical pieces, but this angsty fic is one of my favorites. Leia's musings while Han is in carbonite.

Marie's Missing Moments Series

This is the one that made me start reading SW fanfic. I love these stories, and this is very much how I think the romance could have developed.

Ice--by Leela Starsky

This one is good, clean, light-hearted fun--a romantic, hot romp, despite all the ice. Everything I look for in an SW fic,and the Han/Leia repartee is fabulous.

Trying Again--by Martha Wilson

Martha Wilson's writing is flowing and her characterization is hard-edged. I devour all her fic eagerly, and you will too.

Above All Shadows--Carolyn Golledge

I love all of Carolyn's fics. This is an action-packed, satisfying action-adventure set on an exotic planet.

A Fly in the Ointment--by J.A. Berger

I am a Johnny-come-lately to SW fic, and am told that most of J.A. Berger's stories are classics. I only know that they are well-written, well-paced, and a damned good read. This fic is no exception, and one of my favorites of her on-line pieces.

Please Note:

(1) This page is still incomplete, and is constantly under construction.

(2) The above fics are in no particular order. For ease, the majority of links are to the Corellian Embassy archive, and failing that the Fanfix archive, unless the fic was not available there, even though most of these authors have their own pages too.

(3) Also, these fics are just what *I* like, and I am biased. Very. And although I think my choices are the creme de la creme, I'm not necessarily always able to explain my noble, tasteful, and emminently rational reasons, other than to say this is what I like. So there. You've been warned ... and don't forget to send the authors feedback! Last Updated: Summer, 2003
