Clemens is the doc on the remote prison planet of Fiorina 161. He has a dark past as a morphine addicted student. He accidently killed 11 people and so he came to Fury. He served his 7 years but because noone would hire him, he decided to stay with the prisoners. He is a calm person, but seems ashamed of what he did. He is patient and knows his time. Clemens is attracted to Ripley and perhaps even in a strange way in love with her (no wonder - he hadn't seen a woman in years) since he didn't want her to know of his past.
