"The Fitness Studio" is a small "studio style" fitness facility with highly trained fitness professionals. All our instructors are certified in their fields and have years of experience. We offer a personal touch to our training that is hard to find in larger gyms. Our clients feel like family and we take a personal interest in each one as far as their fitness needs are concerned.
We offer both fitness classes and personal training sessions. See our class schedule for exact times but, as we continually introduce new classes, it could change in the future.

The Fitness
Classes
The following is a description of our Fitness classes:
- Kickboxing (Monday, Wed and Fri AM Class & Tues and Thurs PM Class)- these HIGH energy classes are perfect for any level ... from beginner to advanced .... you work at your own pace..Classes include a combination of jump rope, kickboxing drills (some rhythmic and some with heavy bags) weights and abdominal work. Gloves are required although we have club equipment that you can borrow. These are VERY popular classes that will yield great results! The difference between our classes and those of other fitness clubs is the realisim of the drills - we combine boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai techniques taught in our martial arts classes in a fun fitness class!

- Stick & Kicks - EXCLUSIVE TO OUR CLUB! Developed by our Head martial arts instructor as a great way to burn calories, tone up and lose weight while having fun. A high energy class combining the conditioning drill of the Filipino martial art of Eskrima. Extensive dance like footwork set to a driving beat! Extensively works gluts, legs, arms, shoulders as well as aerobic conditioning. Great way to lose weight and condition your body for other sports!
- Boot Camp. Ours is unique because our instructor is not only an excellent fitness instructor but an ex-marine that has seen combat!. Be ready to work HARD, while having a unique and fun experience. Appropriate for all levels - work at your own pace!
- Pilates - based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates - involving mat work effective and fun total body conditioning class. Taught by a certified Stott Pilates instructor
- Aba-saurus - a perfect compliment to our other exercise classes. A half hour class following our "Combat conditioning class" focusing on abdominal core conditioning. Come in and feel the difference a class like this can make!
- Teen Kickboxing - a great class focusing on a fun kickboxing workout. A great way for kids to understand the benefits of having a workout regiment as part of their life style. They are taken through a weight training routine, jumpin rope set then into kickboxing drills. A great way for children to understand the benefits of fitness and a healthy life style that will last forever.
- Sculpting Class - Start your day early? Want a excellent workout before work or the routines of the day start? Try this excellent class. Great total body workout with an outstanding instructor!

Personal Training
We work with you to help you develop personalized fitness goals. We listen to your concerns and tailor a plan specific to you. We also help you with "Dietary Motivation". Except in extreme cases you do not need to spend thousands of dollars for common sense advice. Many of our clients have seen incredible results just by heightening their awareness concerning proper nutrition and eating habbits.
We do not adhere to the "yell and scream" motivational techniques used by some personal trainers. In our studio we work closely with you every step of the way, making intelligent choices that fit your needs ... we motivate you to want succeed!
We also provide sports conditioning training for the specific sport you'd like to enhance! Our trainers have trained fighters and have been fighters themselves so they know what it takes to compete.
