BUFTEA TOWN - MUNICIPALITY HEADQUARTERS


   After winning the architectural contest, Buftea Municipality decided that TOFAN ARKITECT designing team should make the elaboration of the documentation for the building of the New Local Administrative.
   The principal idea of the study was to materialized in a simple, modern volume, which connected in a optim way all the functions asked for Local Financial Administration Headquarters, Treasurery , and the Buftea Public Notarial offices .
   The exterior decoration proposed put in value the space and they perfectly harmonizing the existing exterior spaces. The building is in central area of the town on the ground by approximately 3500 mp , delimited perimetral by the city roads net. That build is structured on two corps. The A Corp with basement, ground floor, mezzanine and two floors with an area by 2000 mp. The Corp B with basement, ground floor , mezzanine and the first floor with a area by 1700 mp.
