Pro/Model.View is a stand-alone viewer of Pro/ENGINEER(r) and VRML
       data, providing fast, affordable, 3D graphical browsing of product model
       information across the enterprise. Pro/Model.View is the only 3D viewer
       that allows direct access to Pro/ENGINEER part and assembly models 
       without the need to export or translate design data.
       Pro/Model.View's extensive array of measurement, markup, and model
       tree tools allows users to easily view and interrogate design data,
       then distribute the information throughout your company and to
       outside vendors. 

       Benefits 

       Pro/Model.View provides an intuitive means of visualizing and
       interrogating a design by incorporating a Windows-based user interface.
       Developed specifically for non-Pro/ENGINEER users, the icons, buttons,
       and dialog windows provide a familiar environment for immediate productive
       access to the product model. 

       Pro/Model.View can be used as a Netscape Helper Application for viewing
       Pro/ENGINEER or VRML data across your company's intranet.

1) Run setup. The first screen has your hostid in the
              lower right courner.
              Name: Is host name - write this down.
              Hostid: Is you network card number.

           2) Run setup and de select flexlm v6.1 license manager.
              Click next.

           3) Setup will ask you for the path to install Model View 2.
              Example: C:\Ptc\promview so just chage the drive path
              if you wish and select all options. Click next.

           4) Make a new folder called Ex: c:\ptc\flexlm and copy
              the supplied license.dat file to it. Open the license
              file and change the name and hostid to yours.
              Save it and close it.

           5) You will need to select the license path. Select add and then
              the radio button on the lower left courner. Use the browser 
              and point it to example: C:\Ptc\flexlm\license.dat.

           6) Click next through the rest and install Model View.

           7) Run modelview.

           NOTE: To find you hostid in nt there are 2 ways:
   
                 a) NT-Open dos box and type: ipconfig /all

                 b) If you have flexlm installed already from another
                    app,  just open its applet in control panel
