Population of the
Zoila marginata raybaudii

mar2GIF.gif (44455 bytes)

This is a sample of the Zoila marginata raybaudii
population along the  Southern Australian  coast line.
This population represents the southernmost and easternmost
range of marginata along its extensive coastal range. The
population is considered sharply isolated as there are no other
identified populations of marginata along the Great Australian Bight
coastal region. Some reports of collected specimens from this
vast area have been mentioned but none are officially documented
nor have specimens been illustrated or displayed.
