CRITERIA FOR SUBMITTING A STOCK TO BE ANALYZED

| 1. Check the
current list to see if your company is already scheduled for
analysis. |

| 2. Next YOU must
determine if the stock meets our basic criteria for AMA
analysis. |
|
| 3. If the stock
meets all criteria then post it to the AMA
bulletin board using the following format. |
|
| 4. The post
title should read "MICHAELIS ANALYSIS REQUEST: (insert your recommended company
here). |
|
| 5. List each
criteria and the results for the company you are requesting analysis. |
|
| 6. BE
PATIENT! There are hundreds of companies and only so many hours in a day. It
may take awhile, but, eventually we will get to everyone's choice. |
