1960
Director John Sturge's Americanization
of Akira Kurosawa's 'The Seven Samurai' (1954). A small Mexican village is plagued by the bandit, Calvera, and his gang. The villagers gather
together all the money they have (a very small amount) and hire seven gunmen, starting with
Chris, to take on Calvera. The seven men train the villagers to fight and several battles
ensue.
