When Vin is arrested by a Federal Marshal for the murder he did not commit, it seems the others must watch helplessly while Vin is hauled back to Texas. Chris, however, decides to spring Vin during the trek, while the others try to find the real murderer, Eli Joe. But can they find Eli in time to save Vin from an unjust hanging? Meanwhile, Lucy arrives in town claiming that Buck is the father of her unborn baby! With Buck do the 'right thing' and marry her, and how does he feel about the impending fatherhood?
