We’re pretty relaxed over here & my philosophy is to let you decide how much flying you want to do & where you want to do it. I only ask that you fly at least one of the scheduled flights every month.
Schedules
If you look at the flight schedules you’ll see that we operate both a cargo & passenger service. This means a lot more variety. The Cargo routes are generally circular allowing you to visit several airports in one trip while the passenger flights tend to consist of an outbound & return flight.
I actively encourage pilots to send in requests for new routes & send me details of any interesting new scenery\aircraft\utilities that they have found on the Internet etc. We can then share this information with the other guys.
I know that a lot of you have add-on scenery (eg Europe 1, 2 & 3) so I’ve tried to include airports which appear in these scenery areas.
Reports
Every week (if you’ve managed to fly) you will send in your Pilots Records showing the flight(s) you’ve completed in the following format:
Flight Number, From To, Plane Type, Duration
If it’s a scheduled flight you only need to include the airport ciphers (eg EGLL) in the from & to column. If it’s not then I really need the airport name too as it saves me a lot of hassle looking it up!!
You can also use the Pirep page on the web site for submitting your flight(s)
The duration should always be in DECIMAL format, NOT hours & minutes. To convert from hours & minutes simply divide the minutes by 60 eg:
1 Hour 30 Minutes would be 1 + (30/60) = 1.50 Hours
Reports need to reach me by 6pm (UK Time) every Sunday evening. You will receive a summary showing total hours flown, promotions etc either late evening on Sunday or Monday.
EuroAir Rules
The
official rules are Listed in the EAOM . Like I said earlier I’m fairly
flexible & if you keep me posted if you can’t fly for any reason there
shouldn’t be any problems. If I hear nothing from any of our pilots for
6 consecutive weeks then I remove them from the Hub.
Happy Landings & look forward to hearing from you soon.
