1-
You have a squad in EES that you manage, and controll. Try not to ruin it and
yet do your best. If a bad job is done then your managers name will be changed
but sometimes YOU might lose your position in your team.
2- If you at
any time go in debt, you have 4 weeks to get out of debt, fail to get out of debt
after week 2, you will be fined an extra £10 million and a 3 point deduction
in the league, fail after your 4th week you will be sacked.
3- Division 1 and Division 2 play Friday nights, teams must be posted by midnight Thursday. Premiership play Saturday and teams must be posted Friday midnight. Failure to post your team results as a forefit, but it isn't going to just be a plain 3-0, it could be anything but will keep a clean sheet and a 1-0 win minimum.
4- Swearing on the board is not allowed. For this you have 3 chances, first offence is a warning, second offence is a £5 million fine, and your last chance you will lose your job.
5- Monthly money will be decided on performace through the month. £12 million is the most that can be recieved from a board at any 1 time.
6- At the end of the EES season, the top 2 teams from Division 1 gain promotion to the premiership, and the bottom 3 get relegated to the 1st Division. Then a play off with concist of teams 3rd-6th, in a two legged affair then a single leg final.
7- DO NOT advertise on the boards, I have done the other sites for that kind of stuff not the boards, the boards are for EES buisness only nothing else. If any one is caught advertising on the board then they will now be fined, if not sacked.
8- You can only buy players when they are on the Outsider Transfer Market. This is because after seasons if a team hasn't been took I can change them so they still have a good squad and can remember the price of what they went for to give them the money. Also evryone has a more equal advantage in the process.
9- Pre match and post match reports/ comments will help your teams morale. If they have some negative points and team spirit every now and again, it will do you better than just positive points everytime, if this happens your team can think they do no wrong and don't attempt to work on everything and play poor, week in week out and can give you a bad run of matches.
10- If your club buys a non EES player, you have the right to purchace him for the fee the club payed for him in real life. However if the club does not buy the player and he is put on the outsider market then anyone can buy him, as some may say you had your chance and blew it.
Thats
all for now, thanks everyone
