For 2002 TWO tours are planned - starting 7th September (starting point DÜSSELDORF), with the Christmas Tour on 20th December (starting point - FRANKFURT).
Meeting points will generally be Düsseldorf Lohausen Airport-Railway Station or Frankfurt Airport-Railway Station.
Your client’s flight should not be confirmed until the actual tour date is published and/or minimum participation level has been reached (see "cancellation" below) and confirmed by us. It will appreciated that the charge for these inclusive tours includes many items which are non-commissionable - meals, local excursions and accommodation at many of the country hotels, therefore the profit level as a percentage of overall cost is low - emphasis is on tourists receiving maximum benefit for their money.
As the tour director does not receive a salary (only expenses) the profit to the tour operator is low. However, we have set $200 and $250 Canadian per person as the travel agent’s commission for the 14 and 21 day trips respectively, which is still a much better deal than selling air tickets these days! There should be a reduced rate for children as their accommodation and other costs/resultant charges may be considerably reduced. This varies according to the age of the child(ren) and the various hotels/German Rail.
The Travel Agent's commission is included in the quoted Land rates.

Payments by the Travel Agent must be made to Milinna Agencies in either Edmonton, Alberta, or Odessa, Ukraine, as follows:

(a)	the full DEPOSIT, upon booking
(b)	Balance, less Agent's Commission as indicated above
