With this card, it is the combination of Star Destroyers and TIEs into a 60 card deck. The strategy is to get Executor sites out as quickly as possible, and to get this card into play as fast as possible. Once it's out, sliding TIEs and Star Destroyers can literally hyperdrive out onto the table. The Tie's from the Official Tournament Sealed Deck become cheap, but for destiny sake go with the Tie Scouts, add a few more cards such as this one I like: Flagship Operations & death Squadron at Kiffex with Presence of the Force.
