Start with Casino, pull security tower and bounty hunter of choice with new SI. Flipping the objective is secondary. Try to use the Fear/Trinto/Sabacc to run them out of cards. Play fear, then sabacc, then retrieve the fears, use trinto during battle phase.

Always place the security tower beside the Casino as the last card. Play Expand the Empire on Casino and Lando can do his thing with relative protection.
