(Strategy)

Designers often try to make unpopular charactors stronger and often fall short of what is required. Not this time! With a power plus 2 effect, the ability to download his matching weapon and a battle card that makes use of his low destiny, I think Panakin will be mixing it with the big boys now.

With Panakin hitting a power of 8 plus and average destiny of 4 and a low deploy cost tanks have a real problem on their hands. As for for Enhanced Darth Maul or Senators, well they could well be adding another 4 power to that because of their destiny number of six.
