"HAVING AN EFFECT ON PLAYERS WORLDWIDE"

QUI-GON & FRIENDS v1.0
- Reviewed By : The Mercenary

Red:
DotF#2 Qui-Gon Jinn, Jedi Mentor x4
JC#2 Qui-Gon Jinn, Jedi Protector x3
DotF#10 Bravo Pilot, Flyer x3

Since you are playing with Dueling and it is no use not to avoid it, you may want to loose a couple of the Qui-Gons and put in a couple of Obi-Wans.

Orange:
JC#40 Qui-Gon Jinn`s Lightsaber x4
BoN#43 Heavy Blaster x6

Nice looking here, but if you go with the suggestion above you may want to put in the new Qui-Gon lightsaber, pnly one though.

Blue:
DotF#9 Ric Olie, Starship Pilot x4
JC#23 Ric Olie, Chief Pilot x1
BoN#24 Bravo Pilot, Ace Flyer x5

No complaints here, it's nice to see someone using these cards.

Yellow:
DotF#22 You are strong with the Force x3
DotF#21 Twist of Fate x3
DotF#18 Naboo Fighter Attack x2
BoN#55 The Chancellors Ambassador x1
DotF#26 Jedi Training x1

You may want to loosen up a card here for one of the strong cards this year, Jedi Force push! This card has saved me a number of times within the past couple of weeks with DOTF set out.

Green:
DotF#6 Queen Amidala, Young Leader x4
JC#11 R2D2, Loyal Droid x2
JC#27 Sci Taria, Chancellors Aide x1
DotF#8 R2D2, Repair Droid x1
ModM#12 C-3PO, Anakins Creation x2

Nice an diversified.

Purple:
ModM#67 Naboo, Theed Palace x1
ModM#66 Coruscant, Capital City x2
JC#65 Tattoine, Mos Espa x1
Bon#67 Amidalas Starship, Royal Transport x3
DotF#30 Naboo Starfighter x1
ModM#68 Bravo 1, Naboo Starfighter x2

I would loose on of the Capital cities as you are versitile enough to take out most characters. Add in 1 more Royal Starship, and you are set to go. Great looking deck by the way!!

Strategy

I came up with this decks idea, while checking again the DotF-Spoiler List - I very much liked the whole Ric Olie-Bravo Pilots - idea, but i wanted some dueling, too. So i chose to go with a mixture of both.

You should go first to Naboo, if you win the toss. Winning that planet will net you an additional two power for your Queens on Coruscant. You even have a little combo-action going there, which should come in handy when facing a non-dueling deck.

Six dueling BCs, with half of them working very well with Qui-Gon and Ric Olie. There is a copy of Jedi Training in here, too - go for it, in case you dont get one of Qui-Gons sabers.

The second copy of Coruscant, Capital City is to thwart the plans of the dark senators.

Try it out - i sure will, as soon as i get my hands on the new cards (which will be soon, here in Germany)

Yours,

Ensign Redshirt
