The Sensates are members of the Society of Sensation. They believe that experience equals power, so one must experience everything so they may know how to handle any situation. Some follow a more hedonistic path while others believe that unpleasant experiences, as well as the pleasurable ones, give one insight as much as the other.

The Sensate's class skills and their key abilities are: Animal Empathy (Cha),
Balance (Dex), Bluff (Cha), Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Disguise (Cha),
Gather Information (Cha), Handle Animal (Cha), Knowledge (All) (Int), Listen
(Wis), Perform (Cha), Ride (Dex), Spellcraft (Int), Tumble (Dex).

Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: Sensates gain light armor and simple
weapon proficiencies.
Darkvision (Ex): Sensates gain 60-foot Darkvision regardless of race.
Heightened Senses (Su): The Sensate gains the listed modifier as a
competence bonus on all checks for Intuit Direction, Listen,
Sense Motive, Spot and Wilderness Lore. In addition,
the Sensate may always take 10 with those skills even if the situation would
normally disallow such an action.
Dramatic Reount (Sp): 1/day per Sensate class level, the Sensate may
captivate an audience with a personal tale. This works as
an enthrall spell cast by a sorcerer of the
Sensate's class level and only requires a verbal component.
Sense Link (Sp): The Sensate may establish a mental link with a target
within 30-feet gaining the effects of a
clairaudience/clairvoyance spell centered on
the target. Unwilling targets may make a Will save (DC 13 + Sensate's Charisma
modifier) to resist. Once established, distance has
no effect on the link, but the two participants must stay on the same plane.
The
duration is 1 minute/Sensate class level. Cretaing
the link is a standard action and may be broken with a dispel magic
spell with the
Sensate's character level serving as the caster level
for purposes of the dispel check.
Energy Acceptance (Ex): When a spell causes damage of a specific energy
type (Acid, Cold, Fire, etc.), the Sensate may
forego a saving throw and experience the energy. Thereafter
the Sensate is protected as by a protection from elements spell cast
by a sorcerer equal to the Sensate's class level.
Sensory Overload (Ex): The Sensate may cause additional subdual damage
to a target when he attacks as he overloads his
opponents senses. He must succeed at a melee touch
attack against the intened target before his attack. The target gets a Will
save
(DC 15 + Sensate class level + Sensate's Charisma
modifier). If it fails, the Sensate's melee attack, if it hits, causes its
normal
damage plus subdual damage either equal to, double
or triple that of the original attack as indicated in the table.
Shared Spell Experience (Sp): The Sensate may cause targeted spells
to effect the caster as well as himself. This works as the
spell turning spell cast by a sorcerer of the
Sensate's class level, except that instead of rebounding it completely or
partially, it
effects both the caster and the Sensate normally.
If the spell is of a greater level than the spell turning can handle,
it effects only
the Sensate. If the original caster has a spell
turning effect in place at the same time, it does not set up a resonating
field, instead
the effect drains away and doesn't effect either.
Initiating this ability is a standard action.
Scent (Ex): The Sensate gains the Scent special quality as shown in
the Monster Manual.
Blindsight (Ex): The Sensate gains 30-foot Blindsight.
