I Suffer

I sit now

with rain pouring down

weighing down my heart

with all of its strength

as I wonder

if you are suffering

ever thinking of dying

while I contemplate my life

while I think of where you are hiding

as I open my eyes

and fall asleep

dreaming of you

and what you are feeling

while you are lost

with all of these repetitious days

not knowing when night falls

when everything stands still

and you marvel

at the disposition

as you collapse

and all that is breathing

has stopped

and from afar

I endure death

as you become disjointed

with rain pouring down
