Kaji, Ryouji
Kaji first appears in the series in the episode that Asuka appears.
He seems to be someone that Asuka knows, and he also seems to have a thing for just about every woman
in the series. Kaji's personality can be all put into one word... "Pimp." It doesn't seem like there is
a secret story behind him, until near the end of the first episode he appears in, where an angel is attacking the boat that
he is on, he talks with Gendou on the phone, about how this was not part of "The Plan." Later on in the series,
we find out that he is actually a spy from the Japanese government.
