to claim that the above picture is me, it isn't. Although it is a bit similar to what I'd look like if I were a manga character, but... beside the point. I guess this is the part where I start talking about little trivial details about myself that you probably could care less about, so here goes. The name's Jenn, although I go by numerous aliases; Mina, Evelyn, Lux Velveteen, The Worm of The Labyrinth... etc. Just call me Jenn, it's easier. So. I'm sixteen as of now (6/17/01), and living in Ohio with my mother, father, three cats, dog and bird. The youngest of my cats has her own journal, which is here. I'm a senior in high school next fall, and spend most of my time online or sleeping. When not doing either of those, I'm most likely writing, drawing or reading. Or, showering or something, but y'know. My passion, as this site has shown, is poetry, and I write it obsessively (though sometimes inspiration is a little hard to come by >_< ). I'm kinda reclusive, quiet and reserved, and most people take that as my being stupid or just not caring. Neither is usually true, but, whatever. I'm just shy. Um. I love music. A few examples of my favorite bands/artists are The Cure, David Bowie, Nine Inch Nails, Placebo, Tori Amos and Tool. I have pretty eclectic tastes, though. I am Agnostic, a former Witch, and even more former Christian. Heh, I've gone through many stages. I love debates, and most of the ones I partake in usually have one side being highly religious and Bible-thumping. My specialty is gay rights. I myself don't really know what my sexuality is. I'd like to say bisexual, but that implies that I'm attracted to girls, which, while I don't deny its possibility, I'm not very prone to do so. So, wherever I fit with that scenario.
