I've learned a few things while working on this picture. 1) markering brush lines is not a good idea, 2) using grey for shading skin makes the character look like a corpse, 3) hair is a pain, and 4) always finish the drawing before coloring... Yarg, this picture is a total flop T_T |

Hmmm....the thumbnail looks kinda freaky O_o;;. Maybe I shoud have drawn in Tei's pupil's after all...drawing those plater busts has had greater impact on me than I give credit for...^^;; I was going to color this picture with either colored pencils or with markers, but I thought it'd look better b&w so I inked all of it. I drew this after I slept through a chatting session with Hitomi. Sorry Christina! I hope you like this pic I drew for you. ^_^ Yes, this is yet another gift for Hitomi. ^^;;;; |

A gift for Hitomi. I was going to draw her a short manga for reaching 5K hits, but eh...I ended up giving this to her for reaching 6K. Yes I'm slow...^^;;; I do like this picture though. I like Hitomi's dress. For those of you who are wondering what Hitomi is doing, she's making a ring for Tei with a flower. ^^; |

This is a gift for my dear friend Hitomi. I had always wanted to draw a pic like this whenever I heard the song "Kiss from a Rose" and I just thought "well, I might as well" when I heard it again while trying to think of something to draw for Hitomi. I hate the pose, but the coloring came out well (you can't really tell from this cuz a lot of the detail has been lost during the scanning and editting process) Ah well, there goes my attempt to draw a romantic picture... -_- |
