Wow, I didn't notice how demented Rolo's face is til now. O_o; I guess things like this happens when you draw tilted. ^^; Well, it looks a little better when you see the whole picture. Anyway, what else to say...well, this is a gift for Had. She updated for the first time in 4 months or so and I saw this adorable picture of Rolo and Seuss. So naturally I had to draw him. ^_^ The line work took about 5 minutes or so (note the simplicity of the pose ^^;) and coloring took about 2 hours. Why did it take so long? Hmmm...I don't know actually. Judging from its quality, it shouldn't have taken more than one, but eh...I guess I shouldn't have reapplied one layer after another. Dah, Triart markers are driving me nuts! Why does it get so sticky so fast?!?!!! But moving right along, this the first pic in ages that I've used a brush for the inking. I came to realize that rag paper doesn't take pen lines that well....which really blows. It's a good thing that this picture's kinda big...

Media: pen and watercolors

Hmmm...I screwed up on Riki's posture. -_-;; Anyway, I drew this instead of reading for history. I like how Riki's lips turned out -- so moist. Kinda looks like he's wearing lip gloss. XD I was thinking about how this guy brushed his hand against Janie's hair in Their Eyes Were Watching God as I drew this. Supposedly women's hair symbolizes their sexuality. Come to think of it, hair really does wonders...I was once intrigued by this guy who had the NICEST hair --I couldn't take my eyes off of him. ^^;

Media: pen and markers

Hehehe...this picture's old. I wasn't planning on posting this thing on my page, but it's always good to see new drawings right? Right? ^^;;;; HEY IT'S DOOFUS ANTICS!!! *cough cough* Anyway, this was a Halloween card from a while back and I think it was also the last CG I've done. I really don't know how people manage to do CG's all the time; it just takes too long. >_<

Media: pen and markers

This is something that I drew so I could try out my new markers and marker pad. It looks kinda funny cuz I cropped most of it (the pose came out all funky) Also, I learned that Triart and Tria markers don't mix. >_<

Media: crayon and pastel

A snuggly picture of Riki I drew while studying for an o-chem midterm. I never finished coloring this, but I still love this pic. The scan didn't come out too well and parts were cut off (I want a bigger scanner! >_<)

Media: G-pen and markers

This is something that I drew at 4AM one morning (don't ask me why I was up that late when I just finished midterms -_-;) Anyway, the guy is named Drumund, and he's the main character of Hadley's manga The Umbrella (previously known as Crystal Mountain) This picture's UGLY....>_<

Media: rapidograph, sharpie (for the SD part), markers, pastels (background),
This is a birthday gift for good ol' Hadley. Why does Tei look so horrified? Hehehe...click on the thumbnail and you'll see why. :D

Media: ink, G-pen, crayons, pastels

Believe it or not, I do draw characters other than Tei or Riki....sometimes...This is the first time I've used crayons and they're so much fun! I just wish Christina's pose hadn't come out looking so retarded...-_-;;

Media: brown ink patch,spoon pen, pastels, and colored charcoal pencils
A pretty pretty picture of Tei that looks kinda like my o-chem professor. Talk about disturbing...and the weirdest thing is, I drew this before I took his class. Oh, I miss that class...that guy has got to the nicest professor in the chem department (and he was so amusing to watch. ^__^)

Media: brown ink patch, spoon pen/G-pen, watercolor
I told you that I draw other characters. I started drawing this picture during one of my breaks winter quarter and ended up working on it til late that night. I like this picture though :D Well, except for the fact that Cherry's eyes are too dark...But this is the first time I actually drew detailed hair. And isn't the doll she's holding cute? I got that last winter when I transferred flights at Narita.
