You Can Go To Any Doll Site And THey Should Have Blinkie Maker Unless THere Site Is New And Pretty Much Sucks Lol Like Mine! I Suggest Dazzlinstarz THey Have 5 And Alot Of Dollmakers! I Use One FRom DazzlinStarz. The Pixel One To Be Exact Ok So Here It Goes. When You Get To A Blinkie Maker It Should Be Someing Like THis:

But All The Blocks Should Be All Clean And Orginized Not Soem Obove Like I Did. Take THe Blocks And Put THem Together Like Shown Above: Now Open Animation Shop. And Paste It There (Press Print Screen Located Beside The F12 Button THen Paste It). Crop The Blinkie As Shown Below.

After Going Around It With The Crop Thing Douple Click On It And It Shoudl Get Croped. Then Do What It Says Below:

Since There Are Three Letters I Suggest 3 Times You Press "Past After Current" Including Your 1st One So Accually Its Two.

Ok... Pick THe Colour Your Want To Highlight It With On THe Right. I Picked White. Okay For Every Frame You Move Down A Letter (Eg. THe Word Was "Ace" For "A" You'd Go To The 1st Frame And Flood It With White Or What Ever Colour You Chose. For THe "C" It Would Be THe 2nd Frame And THe "E" Would Be The 3rd Frame.) You Can Add More To Flash It. (Flood All THen Un-Flood THe Next Frame) Once You've Filled All THe Letters And You're Done Save It And Its Done. Heres And Example Of Mine If I Went By THe Tutoral:
