To Know HTML: HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) Is Very Handy, It Makes Your Site Look 5 times Better Then Page Builders. NEVER EVER USE PAGE BUILDERS! It makes your site so… messy I suggest frames and I-frames. (As Says Below)
To Know Frames/I-Frame: Frames And I-frames Make You Site a lot Neater And Easier To Navigate. On Previous Layout I’m Using Frames I Have Codes For Frames In The Miscellaneous Category.
Palace: Palace Is A Program Where You Can Get Dolls. You Can Make Them On This Program For You Site OR Layouts. PLUS, You Can Use The Props or Doll Pieces For Doll Makers.
Other Doll Sites To Refer To: You Will Need This Because You Need To Know What Other Sites Have That You Think You Should Put On You Site. But Remember Don’t Put Some Thing that they say is theirs and they don’t want you to copy them! And also you need them for sister sites
Internet: Well This Is Obvious you need the Internet to see your site, and to work on it.
Paint: You Need Paint To Make Some Of Your Graphics. I Use This, Paint Shop Pro, and Animation Shop. Which Ill Get into later. Every Computer Should Gave this or something similar

Paint Shop Pro: You Can Make The Best Graphics With This, If You Know How To Use It Properly. You can download A 60 day trial Of Paint Shop Pro 3 or 8 And Http://www.jasc.com. Animation Shop: You Can Animate All Things With This, Dolls To Make Them Blink, Link Buttons, Blinkies And Graphics.
A FTP Program: I Suggest This When You Get A Little More Into Your Site And Are Able to handle it. Its Quite Complicated At The Beginning, But Then When You Get The Hand Of It, Its Easy. You Will You This When/If You Get A Domain or get hosted. I Suggest You Learn How To Use This Before Apply.
