.Draft Abstract of Title of Mr. William Warren to 3 pieces of Freehold Land in the South Eastern Road Ramsgate contracted to be sold to Mr. James Sothern. 1876.
15 November 1873. Conveyance between The British Land Company Limited of 14 Moorgate Street, London and William WARREN of number 1 Shane John Villas, Grange Road, Ramsgate, Gent'. William WARREN paid £75.00 for lot 17. It was part of an estate offered for sale at auction on the 5th March 1867 in 34 lots. The Auctioneer was Mr. WHITTINGHAM and took place at the Royal Hotel Ramsgate.

13th December 1873. A Conveyance between the British Land Company Limited and William WARREN who was married in 1859. He paid £150.00 for two lots, 61 and 62 part of an estate offered for sale at auction on the 5th March 1867. The Auctioneer was Mr. WHITTINGHAM and took place at the Royal Hotel Ramsgate ( these lots were near to the other lot purchased .by William Warren.) Other restriction applied. Houses to be erected on the plots had to cost £150 to build. Only specified lots could have an Inn or business built on them.
