there are just a few simple rules in joining evObsessed:

1. you must be obsessed with x-men:evolution.
2. you must have a web site. it does not have to be an x-men site, just a site.
3. you must have a linking icon on your page somewhere before you submit the joining form.
4. you must insert the word 'evObsessed' in the 'extras' box on the join page, so i know you read the rules.
