Synopsis:
Hired by banks to check their security systems, Martin Bishop and his team of hackers make their living. Everyone on the team has their own secrets, and no one is without some run in with the law, but no one cares. However, when two agents from the National Security Agency blackmail Martin into capturing a top secret codebreaker, the team is thrown into a conspiricy involving groups from Russia, organized crime, and our own government. To protect his identity and his team mates, Martin, with the help of his team and former girlfriend Liz, must find a way to retrieve the codebreaker and get it to the right people.

My Rating:
I just watched this for the first time two weeks ago at this writing (Nov. 16, 1998). I was so blown away by it, I had to get the DVD. I believe the actors are a good blend. I would have never paired Sidney Portier with Dan Ackroyd, but it was a good match. The suspense and gadgetry of the film is the best, and there is quite a bit of intrigue.
