CDR S'Tveck's character is perfectly visible from his personal life. Since he
was a child he showed strong psychic abilities, thus his father tried to send
him to Vulcan so he could depth further in his studies, but his mother dead on
an accident and he had to stay on the colony, working on the farm. He attended
University by Virtual Theater studying on hid free time and got a M.Ba. in
Historiography. He then left S'svrack with a Federation studentship and got
his Ph.D. *cum laude* at the Free University of Alpha Centaurii. After failing
to get a position as Reader there, he applied successfully to Starfleet
Academy, where he progressed on the study of his psychic abilities.

Outstanding strategist, patient tactician and effective logisticist. Good
administrator, extremely organized, but in a very personal way, very attentive
to details and patient diplomat. Performs acceptably well as
officer-in-tactical command of multi-ship scenarios, but where he shines is in
one-against-many situations.

VI. Recent Fitness Reports

CDR S'Tveck is a correct officer you can always trust in. He would probably be
one of the most brilliant officers if his stubbornness and love for Science
did not keep him from a more dedicated study of Starfleet issues. Nevertheless
he has surprised me quite some times with strange, but logical, strategies and
solutions to problems. Despite his mainly Social Sciences formation, he is
knowledgeable in those fields where a problem in a starship may arise. When
the XO billet became vacant, he was the most logical option for acting XO. He
was capable of adapting to his new position in an short time. That's probably
one of his best qualities: he is able to adapt himself to new situations
without disregarding previous experiences in very short times.

VII. Psychological Profile
==========================
CDR S'Tveck is, as expected in a Vulcan, a calmed, logical officer. However,
his studies on other civilizations and being born and raised in a Colony world
has given him a unique filosophy. He possess a fierce spirit, strong will and
a true passion about Nature. His fascination is sometimes reflexed in his
almost obsessive behavior when confronted to problems that really caught him.
He is not a very socializing man, what's understandable provided most of his
formation had been in solo work. However he moves comfortably in closed teams
for extended periods of time; that's a common situation in most field work
related to paleosociology or archaeology. Conversely, he has demonstrated to
be able to endure extremely harsh conditions in solitude without noticeable
effect on his psyche.
This helps in his marriage to a Vulcan in S'svrack, she is actually a former
school parter of him and former neighbor. They became bonded in their teens
and have a fullfilling relationship since then. This talks high about his
loyalty and principles.
On his performance with other officers and fellow crew members, he is neither
too cold nor too harsh. He always demands 100% efficiency, nothing more,
nothing less. However he seems able to instintively detect the necessary
amount of demanding, all speak about him as correct, kind and patient. This
may be related to his extraordinary psychic abilities. Even though he couldn't
receive proper training when he was young, he shows capabilities above the
average. His control over them is not perfect, though, but he is actively
working on his blocks, so he doesn't violate anyone's intimacy.
He enjoys creative hobbies as scale modelling. He usually construct scale
models of architectonic constructs or paleoengineering and uses them to help
his mind focus on the problem. This shows his stubbornness and the way he can
get attached to some problems.
This is probably the cause of his apparent lack of interest in promotions.
Obviously, his aspirations are far from flag rank positions. He enjoys field
work and, although he believes in Starfleet and its meaning, it is often a
mean to arrive to where he is able to be productive. This makes a perfectly
fit field officer.
