<> New Vehicle Perk - Transformable
In essence transformable units may change to another "variant" any time
it wishes during a battle. The unit may change forms once a turn with
no penalty. If the unit is recives Crippling damage it may no longer 
transform untill the damage is repaired. Any transformations past the 
first costs 1 action each. The differences of each mode, in relation to 
the unit's standard mode, are noted at the bottom of the unit's data 
card, in a similar fashion to the variant data format.

New counters may be drawn up to indicated which units are transformed
from their standard mode.
