Crane
Industries Light Rocket Propelled Grenade
|
The Light
Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) is most often deployed to lighter
units such as Scout-Recon units as a self-defense measure. The
Light RPG also is used as a demolitions tool when fighting in
urban areas where heavier weapons would create too much collateral
damage. The Light RPG looks nearly identical to the other RPG’s
manufactured by Crane Industries, a large egg-shaped capsule
mounted on a stick. On the stick is a small button, simply press
the button and a self-contained charge propels the grenade. The
Light RPG is differentiated from the other in its colour and its
support ring. The Light is painted with a white cap to denote its
explosive level; also a single support ring encloses the outside
of the eggshell, the other types have more rings to denote there
level as well.
