Campaign Objective: Infiltrate
Infiltration
missions are perhaps the most dangerous type of mission available. A
typical infiltration mission places the player (s) in direct
confrontation with the enemy. Where common battles and infiltration
differ is that in a battle there are clearly defined rules, objectives,
weapons and means of protection. A successful infiltrator can come
within inches of a target completely unarmed and defenseless against any
real form of weapons. Sure most characters are armed with side arms and
body armor, but an infiltrator may have to leave such luxuries in order
to blend in with his or her surrounding. Enemy
Forces: Your mission is to infiltrate an enemy force and report back on
its strengths, weaknesses, plans and goals. Your target may be an enemy
Exo squad or a rival gang. Infiltration operation, depending on their
level of complexity, will mean the character (s) have to completely break
any ties to his or her former allies. The character (s) may have to
become traitors and double agents in order to complete a successful
infiltration. These kinds of military missions usually have a high
priority level and will assign extra equipment and material as need. As
well most infiltration agents will have their past blanked out and
re-engineered to fit the missions needs. Terrorist
Cell: You have been assigned the mission of locating and infiltrating a
terrorist organization or cell. You must make the others in the cell
believe you are one of them. You may be forced to commit crimes while
apart of the cell. Depending on the severity and depth of your cover you
may not be able to contact your allies for quite some time. A successful
mission means getting in, getting the desired information, and getting
out. The trick is to do so without being killed or found out. Corporation:
You must infiltrate a large (or small) corporation and learn its
secrets. The firm you are investigating may manufacture weapons, armor,
electronics, military equipment, or other high tech device. Or you could
be assigned an infiltration and locate mission. The powerful medical
corporation has hired you to infiltrate its own company and find the
mole that is selling the companies secrets to an outside interest. As
with all the infiltration missions, is success or failure hinges on the
players continued existence and ability to report back their findings. P.O.W.
Camp: Allied intelligence has located an enemy Prisoner Of War (P.O.W.)
camp. Your mission is to infiltrate the prison, take a tally of its
prisoners and affect their successful escape. You may be inserted as a
prisoner yourself, or as a guard or operative of the camp. The best
possibility for success of such a mission means multiple operatives all
inserted. One or more as prisoners and one or more inserted as guards.
That allows both operatives to poll their respective sources and
collaborating on an escape or taking over plan. Base:
You are tasked with the infiltration of an enemy base. You mission is to
locate the placement of the enemy assets for later attack. You could do
this from a distance, but the mission requires pinpoint accuracy and a
long-range evaluation of the camp is not enough. The successful
completion of this mission will be reporting back to your allies the
exact location of every major asset and defense in the camp. Enemy
Command: You must enter an enemy command and communications area to
obtain the latest security encryption codes. By getting the codes you
allies will be able to decipher enemy radio transmissions and troop
movements. Or perhaps you are sent to plant a secret listening device in
the general’s office. You must take great care in not getting caught.
If you are arrested in en enemy command area they will tighten their
security, making further missions of this nature highly dangerous. |
