a soldier joins the Alliance military most of their personnel needs
are cared for my the group they are associated with (Air Force,
Marines, Army, Navy). Everyone regardless of rank is issued the
basic standard military personnel package. Although specific items
may be issued on an “As Needed Basis”, or by specializing in a
given field, every personnel begins their tour of duty with the
