First manufactured folding  knife, it was found in the badlands of New Mexico. A very unlikely location, as the area was dangerous and remote, hostile indians roamed the region, the only people here with the type of money it takes to buy a knife like this were bandits and priests. It was found three feet deep beneath a large rock. On top of the ground behind this rock was an indian "scraper", this attests to the age of the knife. The handle is made of bone, it has been stained blue from the oxidizing brass.
