Feedback: Heck yes, I need it.

It wasn't supposed to be like this. It wasn't supposed to hurt so bad. I never dreamed that it would, never imagined that I'd lose her so soon. We didn't have enough time... not enough for me to tell her how I felt...

Not enough time to say the words...

Three simple words...

I couldn't say them, and really mean them... and I don't know why.

Maybe it's because I... I never thought she'd ever leave. You know, she'd always be there, all I ever had to do was look over and there she was.

Now... it's too late.

Too late to grow old with her... see the laugh lines appear on her face, knowing I was the one who put them there.

Too late to hold her in the darkness of our room, where nothing evil could touch us... and be surrounded in her arms... in her love.

When did I stop seeing 'her'... and when did I finally notice 'HER'.

I won't be the one to wipe away her tears...

I won't be the one who she'll share her dreams with...

The one... the one who'll share her most secret desires... the one who'll make her cry... in pleasure.

Not the one who'll cry out her name...

I'll not share her kisses... her embrace... her love.

The love she'll only share with that one person.

Yes, she'll love me...

But, she'll never, 'Love' me.

I can close my eyes and see her there, where no one can have her. Where my love knows no bounds. Where she'll love me the way I have dreamt of... and that's all they'll ever be...

Dreams.

Dreams that will leave as soon as I wake.

I won't be able to watch her sleep... not anymore.

I've lost her...

And...

I'll never lose her.

She won't let me go...

And I won't let her... no matter how much pain it causes me.

I love her...

And...

She...

She loves...

Tara.

The End.
