| || Friends or Allies? || [Foreward] History has taught us the moral difference of friendship and alliance. It is said that there is no friendship, only temporary alliances. I used to believe this true; until I met pain. Pain; though relentless can be very comforting. Many times in my life I can look back and remember when pain was there for me. When it overcame me and took my mind off of problems. Pain is a very close friend of mine indeed, and I keep it within the very cockles of my heart. It sleeps right next to hate, and hate next to self-pity. It's an inner-circle of self-control which I've adapted over the years. Perhaps it doesn't work for everyone.. but for me, it's key. [Scene] The scene opens up in what appears to be a dimly-lit library. You feel the warmth in the room as wood crackles within the eternal flames of the fireplace. To the center of the room there sits a desk with a chair behind it. The chair faces away from the camera but appears to be rocking slowly. A few seconds pass and the chair continues to rock in place. Suddenly there's a halt and it spins around. Sutton sits, fingers crossed in a sinful gesture. He stares into the camera with a malicious content. Sutton: Billy Blaze... The time for talk is quickly seeping its last grains of sand through the hourglass. Soon, the two of us will stand in the middle of the ring holding eachother in deathgrips like starving predators.. Ripping, clawing at eachother.. Waiting for one another to put guard down just long enough to unleash that fatal blow. [Scene] Sutton rises from the chair, his fingers still interlocked as he begins pacing back and forth in front of the fire. Sutton: Blaze, you did make a correct statement however. We, as barbarians to the ring LOVE to see bloodshed and sheer violence. I personally thrive nothing more then slicing open flesh and covering the mats in the beautiful crimson liquid. The thoughts of seeing your open flesh have been running through my mind since early this morning during my psyche-up period. I can't wait to taste the sweet, copperish blood which will protude from every pore in your body when I'm done with you Blaze! THE PAIN will be endless and IT will not be friendly for you! Sutton: Dwight Maverick.. You dare call me out after you expierienced the fatal tragedy of defeat last week at my hands? What you call fluke, I call fate. Fate can be cruel and I'd be more than happy to give you another dose of its reality down the road, my friend. But as I said, it will be down the road.. I simply have bigger fish to fry... Sutton: And speaking of 'bigger' fish.. Blaze... Can you hear it? The sounds of the currents are nearing... And with the currents comes defeat.... So, when the water hits and the pain surfaces, there will be no where for you to go but beneath the currents of my corpse-filled undertow. Blaze.. I'll see you when I beat you.. And that my friends.. Is the fucking end. [Scene] The scene slowly begins to fade out.. then... to black. |
