[It's two days after Josh Sutton came off his impressive win against former co-#1 contender Jason Jameson. Josh Sutton is pacing backstage awaiting his match in GWO's 'Eliminate Your Enemy' Compeition. Sutton's locker room is trashed, obviously his way of psyching himself up before his fight. Josh pulls tape from a drawer and begins wrapping his wrists. He quickly finishes one, tying the tape around his thumb knuckle. He does the same to the second. He pulls his fingerless gloves on and exits the room hastily. Sutton stands outside his locker room and is approached by EdW's Aaron Taylor.]
Sutton: What are you my offical EdW interviewer now? Taylor: Nope, just doing my job. Sutton: Always doing your job, right? Taylor: Of course. Sutton: Well, let's make it snappy compadre, I've got a competition to win here tonight. Taylor: Exactly what I came to talk to you about. It seems that EdW's only representative in EYE isn't getting much recognition around the federation. Does this upset you? Sutton: To tell you the truth, I didn't enter myself into Eliminate Your Enemy to get respect or recognition. I truthfully entered in to re-establish the big name I once wore. But now that you mention it's pretty rediculous that a small name like Soulblade could bring such a buzz around the locker room, but when the one true talent of EdW enters into one of the biggest competitions in wrestling history, there isn't jack shit said about it. So yeah, Aaron Tyler it pisses me off. Taylor: I can understand your position. Moving on, there is a lot of competition out there tonight, more than you've ever expierenced in the past, I would assume? Sutton: It's definately a big challenge. I wouldn't say it's my biggest, but definately one of the biggest. Taylor: So how are you feeling? Sutton: I'm pumped Tyler. What happened on Turmoil was just fuel added on to the already charring fire. The moment Yoshihiro and I laid hands on the Unlimited, I felt right at home. I am slowly sinking back into the days of old and when I sink, there's no coming back. The fire is blazing now Tyler, I am ready. I am feeling the burn, I am fucking ready for the end. Tyler Davidson, Jason Dread...Bring em on. The Unlimited, fucking Brad Kelley, BRING THEM ON. Taylor: Speaking of Brad Kelley, this week on Turmoil, he challenges you for your newly won #1 contendership. Sutton: I'm well aware, Aaron. Well aware. But right now, there are more important things to worry about. But if we must talk about him, let's get it over with. Brad Kelley, take a look into these eyes...rage, pain, hemmorage, and confidence. I'm on the edge and come Friday, the cliff is falling off.. Taylor: Well, Josh, on behalf of EdW, good luck tonight. Sutton: Luck won't be a factor. But for the opponents, when the water hits and the pain surfaces, there will be nowhere to go but beneath the currents of my undertow. And all of Sutton's people said? Amen. [Sutton grabs an ice bucket, fills it, and walks back into his dressing room as the scene begins to...] [~FADE TO BLACK
