The scene opens at a local diner in Chicago, Illinois. Inside, Josh Sutton sits, looking annoyed as the numerous men, women, and children hit him up for autographs. To make his day worse, in comes a reporter and slides into the seat across from him. Sutton looks at the ground. "This day can't get any worse" he says under his breath. Reporter: Hello Mr. Sutton, My name is Johnathan, I am here to get an interview with you for the Pro Wrestling Torch about your upcoming match with the star Seph Deamonte. Can I have a moment of your time. Sutton: I guess so, to other people it seems like my time isn't worth much. Let's here your questions and don't bore me either, I had enough boredom on Tuesday against Bruce Blade. John: Ah, yes right. Well Mr. Sutton, on the next Showdown, you go eye to eye, toe to toe, face to face so to speak with a man you have never faced before, that man being Seph Deamonte. What's your gameplan? Sutton: My gameplan? My gameplan, John, is simple. Eliminate Seph Deamonte out of the tournament. As every hour passes, my heart beats faster, thinking about the damage I am going to cause Seph. Seph likes to think of himself as being the best, but that is false, because there can be only one. And that is I, the Icon of Extreme, Josh Sutton. John: Seph openly remarked that you had it easy against Bruce Blade tuesday night. Though, he didn't have anything bad to say about you. Sutton: I saw the promo. Seph, do you know how easily I could have dominated Bruce Blade tuesday night. It's called putting on a show. I know my barrier of pain, and obviously your friend Fury doesn't because he got beat by the Snoops. Sutton looks away and starts laughing. He turns around with a serious look on his face. Sutton: But on a more serious matter, Seph, you had nothing bad to say about the Icon? Well that's good to know, but don't expect your reverse psychology to work on me. I will not go easy on you, I will not slow down, I WILL NOT STOP until you are bloody and prone to the ground Deamonte. John: I understand that Sebastian has made this a hardcore rules type match. What do you think about it? Sutton: How do I feel about it? WHO do you think asked for it. ME! I've said it before, and I'll say it again. The Extreme Icon is not a gimmick for me, it's a way of life. Seph, come into the ball park and play the Icon's game, fall with defeat hanging on your shoulders. Understand this Seph, this is won't be a walk in the park. There will be no hammerlocks or sleeper holds, but instead there willbe blood, sweat, and tears, the tears and blood will be spilled on your body Seph and we can only hope that you have enough balls to fight back. I look forward to the pain that is to come Deamonte. I hunger for it. John: Off the subject of Seph Deamonte for a second, what did you think when fellow team member of nGs, Tommy Kane lost to Grim? Sutton: Finally, a real question. Tommy Kane is a good friend of mine. And it was bullshit that Carter screwed him over like that. Tommy Kane pinned Carter's little bitch boy fair and square in the middle of the ring. And then, just when I thought Tommy was going to the second round, Carter has to bring his ass out there, and to put terms lightly, fucked Kane over. John: With that said about Carter, what is your relationship with him? As I am sure alot of people are wanting to know, why did you help him defeat Shawn Johnson tuesday night? Sutton looks away for a moment then turns to face the camera. He seems to be pushing the question away but... John: The people want to know Josh. Sutton: People all over the world seen it, they seen the unity that EWWL holds. Unity, which after what took place Tuesday has no need for me. Carter, I did you one favor. Never again, it's not about Carter anymore. The End of that era is now, and the shadows that you've confined me in are being broken as we speak. EWWL was the best, but now I think there is a company greater, more superior, more god-like to say the least. JEW 2. John: Is there anything you would like to add before we close this out? Sutton: They say the odds are against me, but I beg to differ. It is Seph who is out numbered. Seph, how many years have you been in the business. Two, Three? You talk about me being a top up and rising star in the business, WHERE in the fuck have you been these last ten years? I have been dominating the sport and tearing into middle class punks like you since day one. I suggest you draw yourself to a TV, scoot up a chair, and watch me perform. Because your in for a big letdown if you underestimate me! Sutton: Seph, learn to swim, because after Tuesday, when the water hits and the pain surfaces, there will be no where for you to go but beneath the undertow. And that my friends is the end. ~FADE TO BLACK | ||
