1.First tell us little about the line up and demos you made:
The current line-up is: Henke - vocals/bass, Mange - guitars,Jocke - drums
Me Henke and Mange formed SOILS OF FAITH in early ‘95.We’ve put out 2 demos and is now working on some new material .We’re an extremensick 3-piece who play "ultra guttural blasting sickness"

2.Tell us how did you got the name and what does it means:
We picked our name by reading lyrics and bows. We didn’t wanted to have a name with blood and gore in it.There just too many of them.Besides, CANNIBAL CORPSE was taken. The name we looked for had to be clean but still be a symbol of death. soils of fate.The soil of the dead.

3.What is the music stile you play and compare it to some similar bands:
"Ultra Guttural Blasting Sickness" is what we like to call our style.Inspirations: DYING FETUS,INTERNAL BLEEDING ETC

4.Some of your favorite bands:
BROKEN HOPE is all time faves.Other acts we love is DYING FETUS,INTERNAL BLEEDING,DIVINE EMPIRE,MALEVOLENT CREATION,DEEDS OF FLESH,VOMIT REMNANTS.etc.
We’re also inspired by other music styles...

5.What is your opinion about commercial and underground music scenes:
The underground is strong due to strong bands and great ‘zines(such as yours). I think everyone is proud of the underground. It’s really strong.Some commercial stuff is cool(i listen a lot of shit),right now I study to be a soundtech,and I get to hear a lot . 6.What was the biggest success of your band:
The biggest success is to put out our CD witch we still wait for.All great reviews and all comments we receive is great I can’t put my finger on some big success for us, but coming out of Sweden and being the only band who plays this stuff here is price enough for our work.

7.How many gigs did you played by now and by your opinion what was the best:
It’s hard to get gigs here, but we’ve played say 10 or more gigs.The best gig was the one we did 1st oct-99, it was amazing.

8.Favorite song you made:
My fave is a new one called"Life Hijacker" or maybe "Blunted on Reality"

9.Were you on some local radio show:
Local shows? here?! no, it doesn’t exist any underground radio shows here

10.Do you think that underground music needs more attention of media or...:
A lot of commercial music is pushed via media. It’s a great way to promote of course, but there no room for extreme death there.unfortunately.

11.Do you have support of your local metal fans:
Were we live almost no one is into extreme shit.except some local brothers(oskar we love ya)

12.Do you have any plans for the future:
To finish our new songs and put out our debut CD.We got some interests from Labels, but nothing is signed yet.
