1.Inner War-same
One of the latest edition of FROZEN DAWN REC. is this tape.By the way this band is made of ex-members of death/grind band SHREDDED CORPSE.Album of this 3 member project lasts 30 minutes and it’s about mixing grind death,doom,black and trash.Fast music tough, excellent vocal,production not bad.At the end for lovers of above mentioned is the right stuff.

2.Antagony - demo
The band that played punk/trash (YFH) earlier after few personal changes and changing direction to let’s say crust/grind band, releases it’s first demo material.Demo contains 4 songs of very short and very clear names:”minowar”,”slob”,”drugs”,“requiem”  and it lasts 15 minutes.Crew of the band is: Nick vasallo - guitar,vocals and lyrics writer/ Ben Orum-guitar,back up vocals/Carlos Saldana-bass/Jody Handy-drums.Very  interesting and refreshing demo.Some people may not like strange singing of Nick Vasallo but to me precisely that kind of singing sounded interesting and very original. Keep up the good work guys.

3.PYAEMIA - cranial blowout
After few excellent bands that come from Netherlands such as:  NEMBRIONIC,                      CONSOLATION,SINISTER.One young but perspective band is coming called Pyaemia. This quartet released 5 songs MCD from which the movie I like most.What I can say for Pyaemia is that they play brutal death grind in New York style.They have something that  every brutal death band should have - speed,cruelty,aggression and excellent vocals,  dough more practice wouldn’t hurt.For lovers of extreme brutal death metal and for people who want their blood to be poisoned(PYAEMIA)This is the  right stuff.

4.LAST DAYS OF HUMANITY- hymns of indigestible
WOW!!! I couldn’t resist and not to tell you about this awesome album.You’re all probably clear that.These are the gods of gore/grind.So I won’t be filisofing, i’m gonna describe shortly this album.Album contains 23 songs, lasting 35 minutes.To people with weak stomach I suggest not to look at the CD pack.Excellent production,awesomely fast riffs not to mention drums uneveredable of course.Pitch shifter on vocals and a lot of excellent intros.You have to have to listen to this Holand quartet, you won’t regret.Pure a for LAST DAYS OF HUMANITY.

5.WITHERED EARTH “forgotten sunrise”
They come from new York, they play brutal death metal.Band which doesn’t brings anything new and revolutionary with it’s music.There are 10 songs on CD is some 50 minutes long.If they have worked on their speed a little it would be a lot better.This way it’s good production with few acoustic parts in some songs.Pretty raw and a bit heavy for listening because of time of the songs.Also I can say that in some parts the drum parts are imagined pretty bad.At the end, it’s a very good album, but the guys could work a bit on their style.Judge for your own.

6.CASKET- “under the surface"
Here’s one excellent band from Germany..CASKET is a band that combines death metal and industrial and in a very interesting way.”under the surface” album contains of 7 songs   and it lasts 36 minutes.Good production, a lot of different rhythms excellent vocal.heavy  guitars are something that makes this album powerful.I should say that the drummer,who really plays fantastic comes from around here, his name is Marinko.I recommend this album to everybody that like heavy sound.

7.GURKKHAS - demo
Here’s one new band from who I know very little.They come from France and there are 3 songs on demo, lasting for some 15 minutes.About the band I can say that they play pretty strange death metal with weaker production.No matter how strange they sound for that I find them interesting.Conception of playing from hard and slow riffs and trips on sold guitar turns to a hell crashing voice color of the singer is pretty much strange and in some moments it turns to undefined screeching.An interesting edition of three member band GURKKHAS.Just to mention their new album is in preparation .Something more of it when I get my hands on it.

8.SONS OF CHAOS - “prophecies for the flesh”
Another young US trio.Of course it’s brutal death metal.Demo contains of 4 songs, from which I would underline second and fourth song.Pretty raw material,production is not bad and pretty good workout vocals.Band reminds me mostly of an old  HYPOCRISY, IMMOLATION and LOBOTOMY which can be noticed at the beginning of third song named “corruption of hypocrisy”.Get this 15 minute demo and  enjoy in underground brutal death.

9.VORE - “dead king's eyes”
They’ve released a good MCD.Their playing and their vocal pretty much reminds us of an old GRAVE.MCD contains 6 songs lasting 26 minutes.Fifth songs name is “albion”. It’s an instrumental with acoustic guitars.Band has excellent production, variety of melodies,excellent vocals and in certain songs you can hear keyboards.This band you can find on compilation “metal curse” on which are FLESHLESS,FLESHGRINDER,APOPLEXY,CORPSE VOMIT,...
If you like heavy guitars, deep vocals and slower rhythms you have to get this MCD.

10.FATAL LIQUIDATION - surrender your soul
Another of many Florida bands that are trying to collect listeners through brutal music and lyrics.I think that this band doesn’t bring anything new, everything is chewed up many times by older bands.FATAL LIQUIDATION has 4 songs on this MCD from which the third song is my favorite.MCD lasts for some 15 minutes.They have excellent production.Flaw to this 3 member band is little unoriginal.for lovers of SIX FEET UNDER and OBITUARY this is the right thing.

11.VASTION - cold stares of the dead
They come from America, from Atlanta to be exact and they play brutal death metal.The extreme four started with their work in 1994.There are 3 songs on the demo and the whole edition lasts 10 minutes.What I can say is that the band is mixture of brutal death metal and the melodic parts which put together with two vocals are making this demo complete whole.I couldn’t find adequate bands to compare them with VASTION but personally they remind my a lot of SINISTER.By my opinion generally speaking this is the band who can get famous.For lovers of melody and brutality all in one place this is the right thing.

12.DEATH’S BRIDE - millenium
Switching of genre is the worst thing that a band can do to it’s fans.But when it comes to DEATH’S BRIDE switching is exactly the thing that will bring a lot greater popularity to the band than the one they had while they were playing combination of HC and death metal.If it already isn’t.Dough you can still feel influence of HC.DEATH’S BRIDE comes from Belgium they were formed in 1992.They have two demo materials behind them,one is 1995 and one in 1996.Their fourth in the row demo brings a lot of quality technical melodic death metal.There are 4 songs on millenium and it all lasts for about 20 minutes.Excellent production,excellently worked out guitar parts, perfect melodies and of course the drummer who is one of the vocals.I found out that they’re ought to release their firsts full CD,
but because some misunderstandings with the publisher all of that is kind a delayed.i hope that they’ll solve their problem with the publisher and I can’t wait for their full CD.

13.HATRED - offering
Band comes from America, they play some kind of combination of brutal death technical and heavy metal.Few vocals,good production,maybe a little heavy for listening for some moments but their musical skill I won’t gepardise.To add that one song on the album was done in heavy metal manner.For lovers of above mentioned direction and for people who like many different rhytms and solo this may be the right thing.And SOON many more to come.....

14.Spawn of Possession - demo
This band comes from Sweden and it consist of 3 band members.They play technical brutal death metal and they remained me little on Suffercation.Demo consists of intro and 3 songs and production it's relay good.They are not much original.They have grate vocal and drummer is fast and accurate.Music is fast and brutal with lots of death metal solos.Name of the songs : Dead and Grotesque,The Forbidden,Dirty Priest.The second song(Dead and Grotesque) is my favorite.
So death metal fans don't miss this masterpiece,you wont regret it.

15.Novembers Doom    -The knowing
This is really grate cd.12 songs and 63:40 minutes of music.Bands plays melodic doom metal with a touch of death metal.It little remands me on My dying bride,and also on Anathema and Paradise Lost.The music is melodic slow and beautiful yet there are few songs that are little more aggressive.There are two vocals one male(brutal and clean,depends on song),and female vocal. The name of the songs are:Awaken,Harmony Divine,Shadows of Light,Intervene,Silent Tomorrow,In faith,Searching the Betrayal,Last God,In Memorials Past,The Day I return,Aura Blue,Silent Tomorrow (dark edit).There are also few instumetals. Personally I like the most songs Awaken and Harmony Divine.Really good production,and recording,music is very good,inspiring,full of emotions and interesting melodies, and pretty original(but not too much),there are also few acoustic parts,and little keyboards(piano).I am sure that if you are fan of My dying Bride and similar bands that you wont regret if you get this CD.So I can freely say good work guys.!!!

16.No Abuse - JEBENI NAPREDAK(Fucking Progress)
Ah,what a refreshment for Yugoslavian grind core music scean.I didn't heard such an energy and good sound in Yugoslavian for a long time,the band comes from Novi Sad,and they have recorded their first demo in September 2000.They play crust/grind.Music is really powerful,with mighty guitar riffs and grate vocal.There is 9 songs + intro(from Texsas Chain Saw massacre)and outro(really sick hahahaha)and that's about more than 20 minutes of music.Name of the songs are: Realnost(Reality),Mental Discharge,Za dobrobit Ljudi(for the sake of people),Borba za nasu buducnost(Fight for our future),Agonija(Agony),Grind Corruption, Postajes rob (Bori se!) (You are becoming slave(fight!)),Jebeni napredak(fucking progres),Ochrance*.By my opinion there is really no bad song on album,but I would say that Mental Discharge and Postajes rob(Bori se!) are the best.They write anarcho lyrics (against politics,animal and plant abuse,for people rights,against corruption,..................).They have produced their own unique stile by combining many musical directions like crust,hard core and grind core.I can't say that they sound like any other band,but you can see some similarity with some crust,hard core and grind bands such as : Antagony,Verbalni Delikt,Extreme Noise Terror.......................... and many many more but they definitely don't sound like any of this bands.Songs are fucking brutal,fast and full of energy,but still not boring,good studio production (but personally I like when the sound is little "dirty"). Don't miss this album,when you hear the CD once you know that you have made right desision.I hope that band will continue to record good album as this one.

17.The Chasm - Procession to the infraworld
Hm,this is interesting stuff.The band The Chasm comes from Mexico.They play brutal death metal with a touch of black metal.Music is good brutal but yet still there are few melodic parts which makes music more interesting.Music is not so original and it could be little more dynamic.Real good production.There are 8 songs and about 30 minutes of brutal sound. By my opinion many songs are little alike,but still not the same.My favorite song si The Scars of my journey.Name of the other songs : Spectral Sons of Mictlan,At the Edge of the Nebula Mortis,Fading...,Return of the Banished,Cosmic Landscapes of sorrow,Architects of Melancholic Apocalypse,Storm of Revelations.Not bad album,but by my opinion it could be little batter.

18.URGH! - 9194 (Evergreen, EVERGRIND)  
This is pretty old album from band called URGH!.They are from Belgrade.The band now days has changed the sound and they play some kind of the hard core.This album is by my opinion one of the best Yugoslavian grind core albums ever made.There are 26 songs (just too much to mention them),funny lyrics,really brutal and grate stuff.Vocal is really good,and brutal.Songs are interesting and fast.Production is not so good,but in concerning the fact that in the time when it was made and concerning the economical situation back than,it's more than good.The music is not original and you can compare it to bunch others Grind Core bands,but if you are a fan of Grind Core music don't miss this album.

19.Coffin Texts -Gods of creation,death  & afterlife
ARGH!This is real good band.They come from Los Angeles and they play Brutal Death Metal.8 songs and about 30-35 minutes of brutal sound.Good production,excellent vocals and I can say pretty original sound.the songs are not boring and they are real brutal and full of energy.The best song by my opinion is "Their bodies our souls"Name of the other songs : Eternal Conjuration,Revernfull entity,the grand gallery,Coffin Texts,Earth bound,Disturbing the prisel.Real good material and I hope that next album will be good as this one.www.dwellrecords.com

20.Our Souls -Kreislauf
This band comes from Germany.They play some kind of combination of rap-core-metal music.I like the cd.The songs are half on English and half on German.There are 5 songs and one interesting video,and about 17 minutes of music.The music is not original and you can compare it with bunch bands that play that's stile of music,(maybe ti could be little compared with bands such as : Limp Bizkit,Papa Roach, H-Blockx,Biohazard,Sick of it all) but still music is really good.By my opinion there is no bad song on album,and my favorite is Freedom.Name of the other songs :Kreislauf,Leiden,Bones,Push.There are 3 studio songs and two live.The production is really good.Songs are all different and that's make music much more interesting and not boring.I liked this CD very much and if you like melodic rap/metal/core a suggest you that you get this CD, otherwise don't waste your time.

21.Belef - Death legion
This band comes from France and they play Brutal Satanic Black Metal.Music is really fast and full of energy,exselent vocals.There are four songs on album and about 20 minutes of real musical bloodshed.My favorite song is Death wind legion.Band can be little compared with black metal bands such as Mayhem,Burzum.......and many others but the band doesn't sound like any of these bands.The music is not boring.If you are a true black metal fan don't miss this stuff you wont regret it.

23.Brick Bath -I won't live the lie
Intersting stuff,the band comes from USA and plays tehnical thrash metal,with angry vocal,
hard sound and dobule bass beat.There is 52 minutes of pure aggression and 14 songs.
Production is exselant.You can see influances of Pantera,Sepultura and Slayer in the bands music
but band doesn't sound like any of this bands.
My favourite Oppression Kills,other interesting songs by my opinion are Inner Peace, Need, Erased and I won't live the lie.
If you are the true fan of thrash metal don't miss this album.

24.Brain Dead - hey animal
This is old demo of my grind core band so I figuried out that it would be good to say a few words about itThis is the garage demo ,consists of 3 songs (so it's kind of short).There is only one guitar and the sound is low quality.The whole thing would sound much much more batter if it was proffesionaly recorded and if the band members had more practies.Big + for the vocal that is realy brutal. so if you like colleting things why not put this in your collection

25.Dead Inside - No Lyrics aloud

27.M.A.D. : Goya -live in Kikinda
This is my band.We are from YugoslaviaWe played in Kikinda and deacided to relasie this live materail because we think that it's good recoded (for a live demo).The whole recording was mixed in profesional studio Vilenjak.The band could be comapered to the bands such as Tankard,S.O.D.,M.O.D.,D.R.I.,Napalm Death(old),and similar .There are some short grind core songs,yeat few brutal death metal and some songs are pure thrash metal and thrash core

28.M.A.D.(now called M.A.D. : Goya) - the prisouner of the damned
This is the debut demo of old metal band from Sonta,recorded in professional studio Matrix in 1997.
The band plays combination of old skool death thrash and it's inspired with the sound of metal from the 80's and metal veterans such as GoreFest,Iron Maiden,... 6 songs +2 cover songs (Black Sabbath- and Kiss-God of Thunder ).Really brutal vocal and melodic guitar riffs.Really good songs are Prisoner of the Damned,Tamnica,and beggar.This demo deserves your attention.                                                                                                                                                                               Review done by Ivan

Slow thrash metal,good production,6 songs and 44 minutes of slow mudder.The material is good but it's little slow for me,and it little remainds me on Testament and Slayer, songs could be shorter.
The best song by my opinion is Patterns in Fiction,it's really good.The band certanly deservise listeners attetion.

30.Demonstracija dubine-demo
This is psyhodelic noise band from Zabalj.Not so good production yeat sound is not so bad.
I don't suggestu to listen this psyho music unless you have good nerves.When you listen the whole suacidal tape your life wouldn't be the same as it was before and you will look things differant from
futrher on.Maby you will want to comit the suacide.Songs are interesting in their unigue way,there are almoustno singing,and there are few songs with piano.If you wan't to hear something new,something oreginal  and if your mind is sick enougy then don't miss to get this tape.
