The Final Entry

By all accounts, this already happened months ago, but let me make it official.
The Page of Wayne is at an end. It was a nice run that far surpassed
any expectations I could have had, and I'm sure the over 8 years of collected
thoughts will continue to provide reading fodder for those who are new to this
site or for those who like me have forgotten some of the tidbits contained within.
The legend continues at Livejournal
and Flickr
for thoughts and pictures respectively. They both offer an ease of updating
that far outweighs the loss of customizability. And to my loyal readers (I know
there were 2 or 3 of you), thanks for staying with me over the years. Knowing
someone actually checked in from time to time made it all worthwhile.

It has come to my attention that some people don't know what the sections are all about so I will attempt to describe them.
Main Page
The Main Page contains the most recent Thought of the Day
as well as general information on updates and the latest poll.
Old Thoughts
The Old Thoughts are composed of previous Thoughts of the
Day. I have been collecting these since 1997.
The Looks
The Looks is currently a two part section. One contains the now-infamous
essay on the source of female domination. Part two is a followup and is a little
less harsh. Please take into account that I wrote both of these during High
School.
Featured Picture
The Featured Picture has the most recent picture I decided to
have posted. It could be anything.
Old Pictures
All the previous Feature Pictures can be found here. The older
pictures tend to be smaller because I had a lot less webspace back then.
Other Picture Sections
Each section listed here has pictures featuring particular themes such as the
Inner Circle Road Trips, Gradumanation (Yes, I know. It's spelled
that way on purpose.), Dolphins, Skydiving, Sleeping Girls!,
and the latest addition, Rat Castration.
Friends
There's three Friends profile areas. Part 1 is a very outdated
description of the Inner Circle, followed by part 2, still outdated, but less
painfully so. The third part is also rapidly becoming outdated, so expect a
Part 4 whenever I get around to it.
Catch Phrases and Trigger Words
Like the Friends section, the Catch Phrases are horribly
outdated. The same goes for Trigger Words. Most of these haven't been
uttered since the late 1990s. Still, it's nice to indulge in nostalgia from
time to time so these remain. If I ever get extremely motivated, I might add
some of the more recent ones. The specific catch phrases and trigger words may
have changed, but the fact that we use them remains the same.
