Hell and Hot Water

Now that this chapter in the Predator saga is complete, I found that it did stand out from other tales that have been told. Not so much as it was done with a under water theme, as that the Predator was killed by something asapposed to a person, or alien for that matter.
The art, as I said before, I found to be of excellent quality. Showing Colan's bare pencil work was an excellent idea. It is the first time that I have seen a Predator comic done in this fashion, and I have seen most if not all Predator comics that Dark Horse has ever published. Plus, I found the PREY TELL column at the back of the third installment to be particularly entertaining! ;)

For die hard Predator comic fans (such as myself), this was a breather from the regular plot line, even if somewhat redictable. For others who are not as well versed in the whole Predator mythos, they might find it more confusing, at first. But it is easy to catch on eventually. To conclude, if you like the unique art style of this one, you may want to pick up this trio.

(Gene Colan, and Gregory Wright)
