LENE AQUA must have watched The Bodyguard one too many times, 'cos rumour has reached Planet Pop that the Norwegian beauty is planning to create a real life sequel - by marrying her own bodyguard! "She does have a new boyfriend," commented a spokey mysteriously, "but she doesn't have any immediate plans to marry." But is the boyfriend also her bodyguard? "Er...I can't tell you that. All I can say for definite is it's not Kevin Costner!"

Charting the success that is Aqua, this neat-looking book tells the full story of the group - from performing to 16 people in Hoelbeck, Denmark, to wowing over 16,000 in Sydney, Australia, just a year later. Though there's not a lot of new info for fans of the crazy Danes, there are a few exclusive quotes and pics. At seven quid, it may make a dent in your finances, but it's a price Aqua fans won't mind paying for a book full of glossy pics.

AQUA ROW WITH DAD?

No, that's D.A.D., Denmark's biggest rock band! THE DANISH music world has been shaken by a feud between the country's two biggest bands. The row began when rock outfit D.A.D. nicked Aqua's fish-eye logo for their T-shirt. The popsters quickly retaliated by printing up Aqua T-shirts in a D.A.D. style, complete with skull and crossbones! Then baldy  Rene sang D.A.D.'s classic I Won't Cut My Hair on Aqua's recent tour. However, although D.A.D. considered doing a cover of Barbie Girl, the hard rockers wimped out! Cowards!
