影印辦法簡單不過 影印時，文件一般會面朝下放在玻璃上，這叫做Put the document face down on the glass。Face down（面朝下）一詞當然也可用來說人或其他事物，例如：She was lying face down on the beach（她趴在沙灘上）。有時，影印者會使用文件自動輸送裝置(automatic document feeder)。這可免除每影印一張文件就要揭起掩護蓋一次的麻煩，影印一疊文件時尤其有用。使用這種裝置，文件一般卻要面朝上，那叫做face up，例如：I placed/loaded the stack of documents face up into the automatic document feeder（我把那疊文件面朝上放進文件自動輸送裝置裡）。影印是很簡單的工作，金妮說：That's a breeze。Breeze的本義是「微風」，例如：The breeze dropped（微風停止了）。以breeze指「簡單容易的事」，是美國俚語用法，例如：The job is a breeze - anyone can do it（這工作容易得很，誰都可以勝任）。和That's a breeze同義的俚語還有That's as easy as ABC/as easy as winking（這和ABC/眨眼一樣容易）。 有時，你會聽到另一俚語說法easy-peasy。這本是兒語，由兩個easy合成，意思和easy（容易）一樣，多用於英國，例如：What an easy-peasy question?（這問題真是容易極了！） 最後談談本課對話中Now what?一語。這是問「跟著怎樣呢？」例如：I've beaten the eggs for five minutes.
