如何查詢 IP Address：

方法 一
1 在網上的芳鄰上按一下滑鼠的右鍵 (right click)，選取 內容；
2 從網絡視窗中選 組態 中的 TCP/IP，再按 內容；
3 視窗會即時出現 IP 位址 (I) 等資料 如111.222.333.444 。

方法 二
Click Start/Program/Command Prompt
Type C:\>ipconfig      enter
Show IP add: 192.168.1.288

如何啟動 Cookies :
使用 Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 瀏覽器：
1 在 設定（Main-menu）的 控制台（Tools）上選 Internet 選項（Internet Options）；
2 在 安全性（Security）選 Internet，按 自訂層級（Custom Level）；
3 留意當中的 Cookies 必須全部啟動：
3.1 允許每一個 連線階段 Cookies (未儲存) ,  {Allow per-session cookies (not stored)} 選 啟動（Enable）；
3.2 允許儲存在您電腦上的 Cookies (Allow cookies that are stored on your computer) 選 啟動（Enable）；

3.3

按 確定（OK）。
使用 Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 瀏覽器：
1 在 設定（Main-menu）的 控制台（Tools）上選 Internet選項（Internet Options）；
2 在 隱私（Privacy）中的設定欄內調至 接受所有Cookies，再按 確定 （OK）。
使用 Netscape 4.7 x 瀏覽器 ︰
1 在 編輯（Edit）上選 喜好設定（Preference） ；
2 在左邊選 進階（Advanced） ；
3 留意在右邊的欄目必須 接受 Cookies ； 選擇：
3.1 接受所有的 Cookies（Accept all cookies） ；
3.2 按 確定（OK） ；
 
時間設定 您的電腦時間亦必須設定為所在地的正確日期及時間。
