Guarantee

We give guarantee for all products that sold from justPDA.com. Please make sure that all products that you bought already has a guarantee sticker / Warranty Card. Guarantee are vary from 12 months to 3 years. Please contact us via email or phone if you are not sure about our product's guarantee.

Terms of Warranty
1. For products which are within warranty limit, customers will get spare-parts and services warranty.
2. For customers outside Yogyakarta, we also provide guarantee for our products. Please contact us via email or phone for technical support.
3. For customers that need a contract service after warranty period has end, please contact us via email or phone.
