- 10 August, 2002: As some of you might know, I have recently started work on Crossover Simulator again. Subwoofer Simulator will be updated when I am finished with xoversim. The new subsim will have the features mentioned below plus Linkwitz Transform simulation and the ability to load multiple instances of the same box type. Best regards! |

- 21 June, 2002: I am currently working on the active equalizer and active hi/low-pass filter of SubSim. The filters, up to 8th-order, will be Sallen-Key-based for simplicity while the (8-band, 1/3rd-octave by default) equalizer part will be based on Q and center frequency. Regarding the equalizer, by the way, I have plans of implementing constant-Q circuitry instead of gyrator-based equalizers. |
